Tempered Safety Glass is made of high-quality material through special technology that adopted foreign advanced equipment & modern high-technique. The bend-resistant and the impact-resistant of the products are 5 times than common glass. It will not hurt people when shattered to be blunt granules for its high safety. Main products are all kinds of automobile's back windshield, side window-doors and electric-heating of anti-mist and anti-frog tempered glass. The products quality of our company accord with the requirements of the authentication of Europe ECER43 and America DOT.


Product Performance :
Mechanical performances: The sample is still fine after impacted by a 227g steel-ball falling free from 2.5 meters.
The fragments: Within any square of 50mm X 50mm,the number of fragment is no more than 400 piece but above 40 pieces.
Optical performance: Transmittance rate70%.  

        

Laminated safety glass is comprising with two pieces or more than two pieces of glass sheets with a sheet or several sheets of PVB. The fragments in the laminated glass won`t shatter to hurt people when broken because of the PVB adhesion. This kind of laminated glass is the high safety and stability glass. Our products are suitable for all kinds of buses, mini-buses, cars, trucks and other national assembly cars and so on. We have more than thousands of types, such as TOYOTA series, NISSAN series, HONDA series, ISUZU, MITSUBISHI, MAZDA,HINO, SUZUKI; BENZ(new and old series), BMW(new and old series), VOLVO; American car series (such as LINCOLN, FORD, DODGE, GHEROLET, BUICK, CADILLAC, PONTIAC, OLDSMOBILE etc); SOUTHERN KOREA, HYUNDAI, DAEWOO, FIAT, POLONEZ , LADA, IVECO, DACIA, TATRA, DAIHATSU, SAAB, OPEL, AUDI, VOLKSWAGEN, JETTA, GOLF, CITROEN, RENAULT, DONGFENG, JIEFANG etc. The annual production capacity is 800,000 sets. The products are mainly used for the front and rear windshield and side-lites of automobile.

Mechanical performances:  
Impact resistance: Use a 227g weight steel-ball falling free from 2 meters height to impact the test-sample, the steel-ball couldn't penetrate the test-sample. The total weight of fragments on the reverse side is no more than 20g.
Penetration resistance:  Use a 2260g steel-ball falling free from 4 meters height to impact the sample, the ball couldn't penetrate the sample.
Impact by head-like model:  Use a head-like model falling free from 4 meters height to impact the sample, the head-like model couldn't penetrate the sample; moreover, there's no large piece of fragments drop.
Optical performances: Transmittance75%
Second Image Migration: The maximum migration between the first and the second image: A or a zone is 15`,B or b zone is 25`.
Light distortion: The maximum light distortion is A or a to be 2`,B or b to be 6`.
Radiation resistance: After illuminated 100 hours by a special light resource, the transmittance relatively reduced 5%.
Heat resistance: After boiling 2 hours, there's no air bubble or defect appeared on edge which is over 15mm from edge or 10mm from break.
Scratch resistance:  According to the result of scratch-proof testing. The foggy rate is 2%.
Wet resistance: According to the result of wet-proof testing, nothing obviously changed on the edge which is over 10mm of the sample (such as color changing, bubbles, mist).
                                                                                             

Bulletproof GlassBulletproof Glass is made by utilizing foreign advanced equipment and modern high technique, selected the PVB sheets from U.S.A. Comprised well with good float glass of different thickness and then finished by " dry method " laminated technique. The product has been tested with ballistic by the Police Safety & Guard Electric Product Quality Testing Centre, its quality completely accord with the requirements of GA165-1997 Bulletproof Compound Glass. The product cannot only prevent the bullet, burglar, robber, impact, explosion etc, but also with the special characters of clearly, endure aging, grinding, wet-resistant and insulate the sound, heat, ultraviolet-radiation; and especially use in the banks, banknote cars and jewelry counters.  
     
  Product Property :  
  Bulletproof property: The distances of 5mm.10mm.15mm,use 79 style 7.62mm submachine-gun and the bullet from DAP51B style 7.62mm fired at the glass each with three shots, the bullets still couldn't penetrate the glass and there was no splash at the back of the bulletproof glass. It accord well with the requirements of the GA165-1997 Bulletproof Compound Glass.

Optical property: Transmittance70%
Heat resistance: After boiling 2 hours, there was no air bubble or any other defect appeared on the edge from the distance of 13mm of the sample.
Radiation resistance: After illuminated 100 hours by a special light resource, the transmittance relatively reduce 5%
Ultraviolet-radiation resistance: It can filter99.9% ultraviolet-radiation about wavelength380nm
Soundproof property: The soundproof value55db to the resonance noise within 1000-2000nm wavelength .
