Single phase multi-rate PLC watt-hour meter is
kind of new developed intelligent meter, which
conforms to relative IEC standard, it has been
tested through long term running at rigorous
working site, It adopts large scale
integration circuit as key component with
advanced processing and simple structure to
realize high reliability, tamper proof,
enduring onerous load, high accuracy, error
stability, low power consumption and strong
communication ability.
The meter is based
on power line carrier and communication
technique. It uses LV power line as its
communication channel. Its core technique is
software technique and power frequency
modularized technique. Energy meter data can be transmitted to the remote
centralized meter reading system of upper
level in the mode of power line carrier style
by using the mode identification and fuzzy
processing technique.
LCD display data, multiple
functions, high-reliability and lower cost
make the meters enable to measure 50Hz or 60Hz
single phase active energy with three tariffs.
It is an elaborate project that answers many
purposes by adopting advanced vector
arithmetic. It is a ideal scheme for domestic
and commercial customer energy measuring with
infrared communication interface and power
line carrier for programming and meter
reading.
