G1.6, G2.5 prepayment gas meter (steel case) is a kind of
diaphragm gas meter, used to measure the total quantity
of the gas volume passing through the
pipeline; it is suitable for mediums of
liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas &
Town gas, which consumed in industrial &
residential, etc.
The meters
comply with relevant requirements of National standard
GB/T6968:1997 and international standard
OIML-R31:1995. It
has following features: Good reliability, small
volume, light weight, specious nice appearance,
convenient installation, etc.
Functions and
features:
* Encrypting:
Automatically recognize the code of IC card
and prevent counterfeited cards or malicious
attacks
* Display: Uses LCD
so that the user may, at any time, learn the
total gas consumption, remained volume.
* Warning: When
remaining gas quantity is below the critical
value, the system hints an alarm mark.
* Shut-off: When
remaining gas quantity is zero, the valve will
shut off automatically.
* Data setting: By
using system software, alarm quantity
over-consumption and upper limits can be set
up flexibly.
* Section billing:
The monthly cost of gas consumed can be
calculated separately as per the “ration
price” and “negotiated price”.
* Data transmission:
Through IC card, two-way transmission of data
can be achieved and data will be managed. The
user data will be transferred to the computer
system. The computer system will in turn pass
the gas purchase data to the IC card gas
meter.
* Provision for
Automatic warning of gas leaking.
* Magnetic
interference-proof: When the gas meter during
operation encounters strong external magnetic
interference, the valve will shut off
automatically. When interference disappears,
the valve will open again automatically.
* Data protection:
Using four 1.5V alkaline battery and the built-in data
can be stored for ten years.
* Sparing malicious
damage: The structure of IC card gas meter is
designed to spare malicious damage. The
electric circuit of the meter can resist
invasion of heavy current and short circuit,
it records information about any intended
damage.
* One or several
cards are used for one meter. The gas sales
management unit may do the card setting as per
requirements. In case the card is damaged or
lost, the user may obtain a new card according
to record on the sales management system.
* Good anti-magnetic
and shower-poof performance.
* Synchronous
displaying of mechanical and electronic
metering data is provided.
